DELAYS
In case of delays over 30 minutes, not promptly notified, an increase will be applied equal to 20% of the tariff.
Tariffs are net, that is a VAT of 20%, according to the Italian Law, is to be applied.
If services are cancelled, the following conditions will be applied:
Services cancelled between 48 and 24 hours, considering the starting hour of the service, will be charged of 50% of the agreed tariff;
Services cancelled 24 hours or less before the starting hour of the service, or if the group does not come to the appointment, will be charged of 100% of the agreed tariff.
Payment: bank transfer at confirmation of the service or cash/cheque given to the guide when the service takes place.
